The hotel was clean, came with a free business center, continental breakfast, and parking. It was close to the train to the city and lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel is getting older but reasonably priced for the area. ...read more

I had a problem with my TV. I had to call the front desk twice. The mechanic came and could not resolve the problem. He left saying he will be back in 5 minutes. He never came nor did he call.

The room was clean and comfortable and had a very nice plasma TV that was a pleasant surprise upon my arrival.
I usually stay in luxury hotels so this was a bit of a step or 2 down from what I am used to.
The hotel is a perfect place to stay in the Carl Place, NY area if you just want a clean, comfortable place to sleep at night.

Very nice staff, clean, quiet and comfortable.
Complimentary breakfast was not as full of a selection provided at other places.
Overall a nice place to rest! Great location to the area. Pleasant employee's and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Not worth the three stars.
The facilities could have been much better. The bathroom was cheaply put together. Half of the mirror was coming off. The bathroom door was cheap. The hallways were dark and dank. There is a bar/nightclub attached to the hotel and they were having a party that night that the hotel clerk told me was done, but obviously wasn't.
